The Lodge is privately owned by SDM Care Homes Ltd and the directors of the company are Sharon Bales, David Diack & Matt Ward. Clare Hatcher is the registered Care Manager of the home.
The home accommodates 24 service users, male and female who are privately funded or funded by the local authority.
The lodge is one of the smaller care homes in the area and is run with a family atmosphere in mind.
We provide care for residents who are confused or suffer with dementia as well as those who are mentally alert but rather physically frail needing help with the activities of daily living.
We operate a person centred approach. We have close links with outside Service Providers, including the Mental Health Team, GPs, Pharmacists, Social Services, Churches and schools.
