Dear Visitor
When the previous provider was last inspected by the CQC, the rating was downgraded from ‘Good’ to ‘Requires Improvement.’ We want to assure you that this was not related to the quality of care.
As the new provider, we have introduced modern technology, a nutritional menu, and numerous other improvements to enhance the overall standard of care. These changes have brought us up to the standards required for a ‘Good’ rating, and we are now awaiting our first inspection under the new management.
